A Turkish pizza is accepted by most people. Unfortunately, normal doner meat contains a lot of (saturated) fat and the original Turkish pizza together with the garlic sauce makes a calorie bomb. We have devised a variant with chicken kebabs our own light garlic sauce. This Turkish pizza contains enough protein and relatively little fat, definitely worth trying!

Preparation method

  1. Cut the chicken thighs into small strips. Heat a frying pan with a small dash of olive oil. Cook the chicken thighs. Meanwhile season the chicken with all spices. You can adjust the quantities to your own taste.
  2. Heat the 2 whole-grain wraps in another pan, making sure they do not get too brown.
  3. Cut the iceberg lettuce and the snack tomatoes into small pieces. Cover the wrap with chicken kebab, then the lettuce and the snack tomatoes. Finally put the garlic sauce over the chicken.

Roll the wrap and voila, you have a healthy Turkish pizza. Enjoy your meal!
