Are you looking for a lunch that is low in carbohydrates and fat? Then we have a perfect recipe for you; our vegetable omelet. This omelette is full of protein, relatively low in fat and contains hardly any carbohydrates. U.S 100% liquid egg protein is ideal not to throw egg yolks away!

Ingredients for 1 omelet

  • 200 gram 100% Eggwhites
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 25 grams of leek
  • 20 grams of carrot
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • Pepper and salt

Preparation method

  1. Finely chop the leek and wash it in a colander. Also cut the carrot into small cubes. Put the carrot and leek together with the 2 whole eggs in a mixing bowl. Also add the egg proteins, pepper, salt, soy sauce and a crushed garlic clove.
  2. Put a frying pan on high heat and add a little olive oil. When the pan is hot, add the egg mixture to the pan. Bake the omelette well on both sides.
  3. Cut another tomato into small cubes. Remove the omelet from the pan and divide the tomato cubes over the omelet.

The omelet is ready to eat, enjoy your meal!
