Do you like having breakfast with cornflakes? In principle there is nothing wrong with that and you can fit this perfectly into your diet. In this recipe we have increased the protein content by adding protein-rich chocolate. This way you don't have to change the overall taste by using whey, for example. By adding some extra mango you also get the necessary vitamins!

Preparation of cornflakes with mango and chocolate

  1. Peel the mango and cut half of the mango off the pit. Cut this flesh into cubes.
  2. Chop or break the protein chocolate into small pieces.
  3. Put the cornflakes in a bowl and add the milk. Finally add the mango and chocolate pieces. Stir everything well and you can go eat. Enjoy your meal!
