Chia seeds are packed with good nutrients. Chia seed contains, among other things egg whites, antioxidants, folic acid, omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and much more. Of course they are only small seeds, so you have to take quite a bit of them to get enough of these nutrients. We have incorporated a bit of this chia seed into this chia porridge. Delicious with an oatmeal porridge, fresh fruit and crunchy granola!

- 50 grams of oatmeal
- 130 ml of skimmed milk
- 10 grams of chia seeds
- 80 grams of strawberries
- 1 kiwi
- 30 gram Delicious Protein Granola
Preparation method Chia porridge
- Heat the milk in a small bowl and mix it with the oatmeal to form a firm paste. Stir in the Chia seeds.
- Peel the kiwi and cut it into thin slices. Also remove the crowns from the strawberries and cut them in half.
- Place the kiwi in the bottom of a glass. Then add half of the oatmeal paste. On top of that, divide the strawberries and place the remaining oatmeal on top. Finish with the Delicious Protein Granola. Enjoy your meal!
