We have devised a delicious shake that is full of complex carbohydrates and proteins. In addition, you also get a number of vitamins! Meet the Blueberry Protein Shake.

Ingredients for 1 Blueberry Protein Shake
- 260 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 80 gram oatmeal
- 30 grams of blueberries (frozen)
- 1 banana
- 20 grams of vanilla Perfect Whey Protein
- Peel the banana and combine it with the milk, oatmeal and the protein powder together in a blender. Mix all this well together.
- Add the blueberries to the shake and let the blender run well. Pour the shake into a nice glass and possibly drink the shake with a straw!
