I started fitness at the age of 16 and soon noticed that the combination of nutrition and training attracted my interest; I soon turned towards dietetics and nutritional science with my school career, as I continued to develop my physique.
The combination of becoming more familiar with the scientific theory of nutrition and later also with training, together with the practice of strength training itself, coincidentally made me enter the Personal Training world a few years ago.
From there it went fast; I spend time daily reading literature on training and nutrition and coach a lot of people, both online and personally, towards their dream physics. Not only purely focused on muscle building, but also they lose weight after a pregnancy or busy businessmen who want to feel healthier.
Nowadays I invest a lot in expanding my knowledge and skills around optimizing training plans and nutrition strategies.
In addition, I have played several competitions myself, so that I know both sides of the coin and also know what some of my customers have to go through.
In the future, I want to continue to focus on gaining knowledge and disseminating it through lectures, articles, providing training and coaching.
